Thank you for shopping with Bluetile. We want nothing more but for you to have the best experience shopping online with our store. We will be more than happy to process returns and exchanges, considering that they meet the following criteria.
Unfortunately Bluetile will not be able to issue any cash refunds for online sales. All returns will be authorized at the discretion of Bluetile, and return shipping will be paid at the customers expense, with the exception of incorrect merchandise returns. NO REFUNDS ON RAFFLE RELATED PURCHASES!
Shipping fees will be non-refundable.
Call 1-803-376-1880 within 7 days of receiving goods for a return authorization.
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and all original tags. All products must be unwashed/unworn/unused.
All returns must be accompanied by your original receipt.
All returns must be received by Bluetile within 30days of the invoice date.
Only returns of incorrect merchandise will be eligible for refund. Should there be an incorrect shipment we will gladly exchange the item for the correct product, provide store credit or issue a refund to your credit card.
